Music and live events

"I could see patients and staff responding to this out-of-the-ordinary event. Having the live music lightened the atmosphere and gave an opportunity for patients to interact with the musicians and take their minds away from the clinical environment. I hope we can have some more of the same soon!"

Arts in Trust brings musicians and performers into the hospital to perform on wards, waiting rooms and other public areas to entertain, distract and soothe patients and boost staff morale whilst building links with the local community.
