Revolving gallery (2/10/03)
Local artist Leo Saunders is launching a 'living-revolving gallery' of work for sale in Gloucestershire Royal Hospital to help raise funds for the Pied Piper Appeal, one of the main funders of Leading the Way. The work featured will be 50cm circular colourful 'striped' paintings: part of a series entitled 'On the Blink' which was first unveiled at the Diorama Gallery in London. When a work is sold, a new work of art will be created to go in it's place, so that each buyer can take their chosen work home rather than having to wait for the exhibition to finish.
